FOODS FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Sometimes we want to look slim even in black jeans.We want to get rid from the extra fat in our body to look healthy.But it is not possible because of our diet like “CHATORI JAWAN “.We can eat anything which looks good or tastes good.But that junk food increases fat in our body and keeps us unhealthy. Mostly the working people can not cook their own food because of their busy schedule.The article is only for those people who have no time to cook.There are some diet charts which you have to follow to stay healthy and fit.

The best way to lose weight without counting calories is the fiber rich food. Fiber is an essentially a type of carbohydrate which helps in bulking up the stools and increasing the digestion in long intestine.These foods help to improve metabolic rate.There are some diet chart of a full day routine which helps you slim down and improves your health.

what you have to eat in a day ?

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is a rush for evryone.So it has to be simple and quick but without compromising any nutrition.There are two options.

(i) Start with three boiled eggs.It helps you to give protein to your body.It also       helps you to loose fat.It gives you enough energy till your lunch.

(ii) Instead of eggs,you can use some boiled garbanzo beans(kala chana) with         some salt,peeper and lemon juice.You can add tamato,onion,cucumber,             green mirchy for a better taste.With this,add one cup of warm green tea             for a better result.

Then after 2 to 3 hours eat an apple with some green tea.If you have an allergy with apple take a pear or a kiwi or an orange.

LUNCH

In the lunch we would need something which is filling and yet not that heavy to make a sleep.Also it should be a bright consistancy to avoid spilling from the container.

Ingridients

1.Oats                                                                                                                                   2.Quinoa flakes                                                                                                                  3.Flaxseeds powder                                                                                                            4.Chia seeds                                                                                                                        5.Low fat milk                                                                                                                    6.Honey                                                                                                                                7.Green apple                                                                                                                      8.Walnuts

Recipy

1.Take a pan and add three table spoons of oats.Oats helps to lower                      cholesterol and boosts metabolism.Then add two table spoons of quinoa            flakes.Then add half table spoon of flaxseed powder and half table spoon of      chia seeds.                                                                                                                          2.Then add 4 to 5 walnuts into the mixture.Then add half cup of milk.Next            add one cup of water and turn on the heat.Let the ingridients boil for  2 to       3 minutes until you can not get a thick consistancy.Then turn off the flame.    3.Shift the mixture to a boil.Garnish with a sliced green apple and add half           tea spoon of honey on it.

SNACKS

After 2 to 3 hours of your lunch take one fourth cup of nuts like peanuts, almonds etc or roasted chana with some green tea.Snacking is a good way to control hunger without gaining any wait.

DINNER

By the time we reach home,we are already exhausted and don’t want to cook.

Ingridients

1.Cocoa powder                                                                                                                   2.Chia seeds                                                                                                                         3.Honey                                                                                                                               4.Non fat milk

Recipy

1.Take a white glass.Add one table spoon of unsweetened cocoa powder                followed by two table spoon of chia seeds.                                                                 2.Add one table spoon of honey and half cup of low fat milk on it.Stir well.            Keep it in the refrigerator for one hour.You can add any seasonal food for          topping.

POINTS TO REMEMBER TO FOLLOW THE DIET

1.Don’t skip any meal.                                                                                                        2.Eat only boiled eggs not a fried one.                                                                          3.Don’t have junk foods,sugary foods,cold drinks etc.                                              4.Keep a gap of 2 to 3 hours between each meal.
