PREVENTIVE TIPS TO STOP HAIR BREAKAGE

Having a good hair is not that easy.But dry and damaged hair makes your life more difficult.Your hair is your crowning glory because it enhances your look. Nobody wants brittle and damaged hair.When the shafts of your hair break, resulting split ends and shorten you hair strands,this is the efftct of your hair damage.

The damaged hair looks dull in appearance.Hair breakage occurs due to dry scalp and damaged hair.Hair breakage occurs due to many reasons.Some of those are lack of moisture,ashing your hair with hard water,processing your hair through heat styling,hair coloring,blow drying your hair,using cotton pillows,trying your hair up in a towel after shower etc.It is possible to repair your damaged hair back to get a soft and shiny hair.There are some natural home remedies to deal with your hair breakage.Apply all of these and see the result.

1ST PROCESS

INGRIDIENTS

1.Honey                                                                                                                                 2.Warm water

HOW TO MAKE ?

1.Take two table spoons of honey and add four cups of warm water on a                bowl.                                                                                                                                   2.Mix all the ingridients properly.

HOW TO APPLY ?

1.Sampooing your hair.Then wash your hair with the mixture of honey and         water from root to tip.                                                                                                     2.Then wash your hair with normal water.

HOW IT AFFECTS ?

1.Honey acts as a natural hair moisturizer and conditioner.But it can be                 also benificial to treai hair split and breakage.

2ND PROCESS

INGRIDIENTS

1.Milk cream                                                                                                                        2.Honey

HOW TO MAKE ?

1.Take one tea spoon milk cream.Instead of milk cream you can add two              table spoon of milk.                                                                                                         2.Add one tea spoon of honey on it.Then mix them well.

HOW TO APPLY ?

1.Apply it in your split ends for 30 to 50 minutes.                                                     2.Then wash it off with normal water.

HOW IT EFFTCTS ?

1.Milk contains essential substance like casein and several vitamins like                Vitamin A,Vitamin B,Calcium,Phosphorous,Magnesium,Zinc and protein          which have the ability to strengthen and nourished hair cells.                             2.Honey gives moisture to your hair.

3RD PROCESS

INGRIDIENTS

1.Egg                                                                                                                                     2.Olive oil

HOW TO MAKE ?

1.In a bowl,take the egg yolks.Add two teaspoon extra virgin olive oil on it.        2.Instead of olive oil you can add one tea spoon of coconut oil and mix                    them well.

HOW TO APPLY ?

1.Apply it in your split ends and leave it 30 to 45 minutes.                                       2.Then wash with normal water.

HOW IT EFFECTS ?

1.Egg contains a large amount of protein as well as fatty acids and vitamins         to strengthen hair.They deliver the correct nutrients to your hair and can           optimize its health.                                                                                                          2.Olive oil acts as a natural conditioner that nourishes and moisturises your          scalp.

4TH PROCESS

INGRIDIENTS

1.Ripe banana                                                                                                                     2.Yogurt

HOW TO MAKE ?

1.Take half of a ripe banana and smash it well.Then add two teaspoon of              yogurt on it.Mix them well.

HOW TO APPLY ?

1.Apply it on your split ends and leave it for 45 to 60 minutes.                              2.Then wash it off with mild sampoo.

HOW IT EFFECTS ?

1.Banana is rich in potassium,natural oils,carbohydrates and vitamins                   which helps in softening the hair and protects the hair’s natural elasticity,         preventing the split ends and breakage.                                                                    2.Yogurt contains Vitamin B5 and Vitamin D which helps to nourish the                hair follicles.
