FULL DAY DIET PLAN
1. Starts your day with a drink of some lukewarm water,half of a lemon and one table spoon honey at 6.00 a.m. .
2. After 2 hours means at 8.00 a.m. take some tea with 4 biscuits.Remember that the tea made up off with some low fat milk and small quantity of sugar.
3. RECIPY FOR A HEALTHY BREAKFAST
(A) Take one cup of oats.Take a pan in your gas and switch on the flame. (B) Add half tea spoon of olive oil and half tea spoon of mustard in it. Next add some small cut pieces of two cloves of garlic.Then add a pinch of turmeric powder. (C) Next add one table spoon of chopped carrot,beans,capsicum,green peas.Then add some water.After 2 minutes add the cup of oats. (D) Leave the pan in the gas for extra 2 minutes and then switch off the flame. (E) Eat the masala oats with one apple and one glass of milk as a healthy breakfast.
4. After 2 hours i.e. at 12.00 p.m. eat some fresh bowl of seasonal fruits like orange,grapes,strawberry,rassberry,pineapples etc.Don’t eat banana.
5. Again after 2 hours i.e. at 2.00 p.m. eat your lunch.Your lunch consists of two rotis of wheatflour,daily dal or sabji of vegetables with some raita.
(A) Eat some green vegetables of sabji in your lunch. (B) The raita contains some homemade curd,grated cucumber,one table spoon of flaxseeds powder.Mix them well.For a better taste,add some salt and black pepper powder. (C) Add some parsley leaves for digestion of your food.
6. After half an hour of your lunch,take one cup of green tea with some low fat sugar.
7. At 5.00 p.m.,take some green tea with some euryale ferox(makhana).Fry the euryale ferox with olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes.Eat those as a snacks. Add some salt for a better taste.
8. RECIPY FOR A VEGETABLE SOUP
(A) Take a pan and switch on the flame of your gas.Add one full cup of water in the pan. (B) Then add one table spoon of carrot,one full table spoon of capsicum, one spoon of beans,one table spoon of corns,one spoon of grated onions,half tea spoon of grated ginger and two cloves of grated garlic. (C) Mix them well.Add the amount of salt for a good taste.Boil for five minutes. (D) After 5 minutes,add one table spoon of green peas and one table spoon of grated tamatoes.Then add one spoon of paneer in it.Boil for another 2 minutes.Then switch off the flame. (E) Your vegetable soup is ready.Add half tea spoon of lemon juice for a better taste.
TIPS FOR REDUCING FAT
1. Increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables. 2. Limit the intake of stimulants. 3. Do not skip breakfast. 4. Drink plenty of water. 5. Have smaller gaps between your meals. 6. Don’t starve. 7. Have your last meal early. 8. Restrict your calorie intake. 9. Remove fat from food. 10. Eat healthy snacks.
