Yoga Exercises For Your Hair Growth

If dull and lifeless hair is staring at you,then its time ta take the proper care of your hair.Studies prove that,hair is the overall reflection of your health.Yoga works best for our bodies.Yoga can change your hair from rough,dry,thin to thick,shiny and voluminous hair.Yoga improves the digestion power in your body and reduces anxiety.

Some yoga asanas are there to grow your hair naturally.It takes some time to give the better output.Yoga helps to enhance the blood circulation and nourishes the hair follicles.Let’s do the yoga and see the result.

1. BALAYAM YOGA

  • Rub your finger nails vigorously.
  • Don’t rub your thumb nails if you are a girl because it leads you beard growth and mustache.
  •  Don’t rub you finger nails too strong because it can damages your nails.
  • Don’t rub your fingers instead of finger nails.

HOW OFTEN YOU SHOULD DO THIS ?

  •  Do this at least 5 to 10 minutes once in the morning and evening.
  • Because doing the acupressure therapy on empty stomach gives us better results.
  • If your hair problem is too serious,then do this 20 to 30 minutes everyday.

BENEFITS OF THIS YOGA

  •  By doing this exercise in a daily basis,your hair turns strong,thick and long hair.
  •  It turns your hair more dark in color.It clears your grey hair and white hair problems.

2. UTTANASANA

  •  It is also called as Standing forward bend pose.Stand with your feet together.
  •  Bend your knees slightly and moving from the hips touch your tors over your legs.
  •  Inhale and extend your chest.Then exhale and gently press both legs towards straight.

HOW OFTEN YOU SHOULD DO THIS ?

  • Do this for 15 to 20 seconds in an empty stomach.Do this in early morning.
  • If not possible,Do this after 4 to 5 hours of your meal in the evening.

BENEFITS  OF THIS YOGA

  • This yoga helps in digestion process and gives you a proper sleep.
  • This gives you more energy to the cells in your head.

3. VAJRASANA

  • Bend your knees and sit on the toes of your feet.
  • Lock your big toes and maintain your spine and neck straight.
  • Inhale and exhale properly.

HOW OFTEN YOU SHOULD DO THIS ?

  • Do this 5 to 10 minutes in early morning.
  • You can repeat this process in evening after 3 to 4 hours of your meal.

BENEFITS OF THIS YOGA

  • It helps to digest your food and gets rid from constipation and other stomach disorders.
  •  It helps to get rid from acidity.
  •  It improves blood circulation on your head which creates regrow your hair and prevents imfection on your scalp.

TIPS & PRECAUTIONS

  • Before going to bed,massage your scalp on your finger tips for 10 to 15 minutes everyday at least for 3 months.
  • While doing shampoo,do not rub your hair with your nails. 
  • Do headstand pose for at least 1 minutes.
