YOGA EXERCISES FOR SLIMMIMG YOUR FACE

When it comes to slim,yoga shows late result.But this process is natural, painless and long lasting.If your face is chubby,rounded,cherubic,then it affects your look.It looks so bad.Your face does not match your slim body.All we want to show our innocent look and transform the chubby cheek into a sleek and sultry one.There are some face slimming exercises to help you achieve that innocent look.Try some of these exercise and see the positive result in between 2 to 3 months.

1ST EXERCISE

  • This exercise helps in reducing the double chin appears on our face.
  • Place soft bottom part of your thumb.Slightly bow down and then push upwards towards your ear.
  • When you reach to your ear then stay for 2 second and then down.Repeat this 3 to 5 times.

2ND EXERCISE

  • This exercise reduce the line around the mouth and improve the sagging in the corner of your mouth.
  • Place your fingers in your chin and push slowly towards your upper lip.
  • Stay for 2 sec and then slowly down.Repeat this 3 to 5 times.

3RD EXERCISE

  • Before doing this exercise apply some oil or moisturizer on your face. Without the oil or moisturizer,this massage can irritate your skin.
  • This exercise reduce the fine lines around your nose and cheek.
  • Place your finger around the center of your chin.Push gently towards each side passing in the corner of the mouth along with the wing of the nose towards the inside corner of your eyes.
  • Press for 2 second and then push towards the ears and wait for 2 second and down.Repeat this 3 to 4 times.

4TH EXERCISE

  • Take some oil again and then starting from the inside corner of the eye massage from underneath the eye towards the outside corner.
  • Do it same for the eyelids.
  • Massage your eyelids clockwise and anticlockwise motion.
  • Push your eyebrows upward with ring finger and gently pinch your eyebrows.

5TH EXERCISE

  • Use three of your fingers and placed them in the center of the forehead.
  • Then push outward from the forehead to temple and wait for 2 second.
  • Then relief and repeat this 3 to 4 times.

6TH EXERCISE

  • Move your fingers in a zig zag motion over your forehead.
  • It can helps to remove the fine lines and puffiness from your forehead.Do it in both horizontally and vertically.

7TH EXERCISE

  • Pinch your nose for a couple of times.
  • Pinch your jaw lines for couple of times.
  • It removes the fine lines under your jaw lines and nose.

8TH EXERCISE

  • This exercise is useful for full face.
  • Place your hand around the center of the chin .Then push it towards forehead.
  • Repeat this 3 to 4 times and massage in both sides.

9TH EXERCISE

  • Massage your face in upward direction.

10TH EXERCISE

  • Use both thumbs around the chin and cover up the ring of the face.
  • Make sure there are almost no gaps between hands in the skin.This step will lift up the whole face muscles.
  • Then use some strength to move towards the ear.

11Th EXERCISE

  • Foe relaxing your full face,pinch all over the face.
  • Run your fingers all over your face as though their printing gently damp your face.Massaging helps to relax your facial muscles.
